Your contact details, file names and sizes, and submission reference are kept in this tab’s session storage so a refresh can recover your draft or check a submission. File contents and upload access tokens are not stored in the draft. Recovery information expires after 24 hours and can be cleared using Clear this draft or Start another project; closing the browser tab normally ends its storage session. Choosing Submit your project uploads your files to private project storage and sends your details to Paradigm’s intake service. A project reference appears when the submission is confirmed. Files may remain in temporary private storage if an upload is interrupted before the brief is confirmed.
Campaign labels and the referring website may be included with a submitted schedule to identify its source. If you allow analytics, bounded campaign context may be remembered in this browser for 30 minutes so a refresh does not lose it. If you allow advertising, ad-click identifiers may be remembered for up to 90 days. You can change your choice using Cookie choices in the footer.
With your permission, Google Analytics measures public page visits and confirmed new enquiries. If you also allow advertising, Google and Meta use advertising cookies, ad-click identifiers and technical browser information to measure and improve our ads. For confirmed new enquiries, Meta may receive a one-way hashed email address to match the conversion, along with your IP address and browser information. We do not send your project brief, files, project identifiers or secure access links to Google or Meta. Secure project, receipt, support and review pages are excluded from advertising tracking.
Google and Meta may process this information outside Australia. See Google’s privacy information and Meta’s privacy information. Matching data queued for delivery is cleared after delivery or within 23 hours; delivery outcomes are retained for up to 30 days. You can change your cookie choice at any time or block analytics through your browser; this website also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. These choices do not prevent you from sending an enquiry.
The website hosting provider may process technical information, such as an IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Information for a project enquiry
When you send your schedule to Paradigm, the information provided may include your name, email, phone number, company, role, project location and timing, sourcing requirements, schedules, drawings, specifications and reference files. The intake service also receives the page and source of your enquiry.
Only share information you are authorised to provide. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in project files.
How project information is used
Paradigm uses enquiry information to assess the project and sourcing scope, contact you about the enquiry, and coordinate relevant pricing, manufacturing, quality and logistics activity where the project proceeds.
Contact-form details are used to respond to your enquiry. If you use a secure project page, Paradigm also processes the email address used to verify access and the questions or replies you send through that page.
The details needed depend on the enquiry and the work agreed. If required information is missing, Paradigm may need to clarify the scope before it can assess the request.
Access, correction and removal
You can contact Paradigm to ask about information held about you, request access or correction, or request removal. Requests are considered subject to applicable legal and record-keeping obligations. Paradigm may need to confirm your identity before responding.
Before sending, remove files from the form, or use Clear this draft after returning to it, to clear the information entered here. Reloading restores an available draft; original files must be selected again when needed. After sending, clearing the form does not remove a submitted enquiry or uploaded files. Contact Paradigm with your project reference to request a correction or removal.
